fading
The more you try hovering a face to bring to mind the more it fades. Proportional to the fading of the face, faded, the confidence, the presence of the various moods goes well past just a little desire to see you again. But only a little bit, because in the end you stand there, alone, with the fear never see this face again, and the fear of the memory by an excess-it-think completely erase.
